Ingredients
- 8 ripe figs, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 pita bread rounds
- 2 cups of plain, whole yogurt
Instructions
- Place the yogurt in a sieve lined with a coffee filter and set over a bowl
- Let drain overnight in the refrigerator
- The next day, discard the water and place the yogurt cheese in a bowl.Warm the pitas in a 350F oven for 3 minutes
- Spread with the yogurt cheese, drizzle with the honey and top with the figs.
