Ingredients

  • ¼ c berries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs flax seed meal
  • ½ Tbs natural peanut butter
  • ¼ c plain yogurt
  • pinch salt
  • ½ c skim milk
  • ¼ c steel cut oats

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, yogurt, milk, flax and pinch of salt in a glass jar and stir well.Seal jar and refrigerate overnight.In the morning, stir in cinnamon, banana slices, peanut butter and berries.
