  • 4 large carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 rounded tablespoon minced fresh rosemary and/or thyme (may substitute a teaspoon of dried)
