Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cucumber (or shredded)
  • ½ cup fresh dill - minced
  • 2 garlic cloves - grated
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
