Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c cocoa
  • 3 c milk
  • 1/4 c self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • dash of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add cocoa, flour, then sugar
  3. Cook two minutes
  4. Add milk and whisk
  5. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes
  6. Reduce to simmer and add vanilla
  7. Simmer until thick
  8. Cool slightly then serve.
