Ingredients

  • ¼ c grated apple (about half of 1 medium apple)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ c oats
  • ¼ c pure pumpkin
  • pinch salt
  • ½ c skim milk
  • Stevia or sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs walnuts - chopped
  • ¼ c water
  • 1 Tbs toasted wheat germ (such as Kretschmer)

Instructions

  1. Carefully stir together all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave for 90 seconds, stir, then microwave 30 additional seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
